Markus has helped educate me in so many ways; better posture, strengthening techniques and exercises. Health & Wellness. He really knows his stuff. I have yet to even use his services personally but have referred a few friends (my wife's friends and other moms, specifically) and everyone has been over-the-moon with their fitness results. Strong Recommend!

This gym is fantastic! Markus is a friendly and knowledgeable trainer and his gym is well-equipped, clean and inviting. I worked out with Markus for almost 10 years before I retired, and feel my good health and fitness are largely due to working out at Fit Culture. Training with Markus is an excellent investment in your future!

I began working out at Fit Culture because my brother had great results training there and he really enjoyed the supportive and welcoming environment. The gym is clean, bright and private so I don’t feel intimidated or worried about training in front of a lot of other people.

Training with Markus was a great experience. He listened and supported my goals of losing 90 lbs and he helped me eat healthier, train properly and get me closer to a healthier lifestyle. It was helpful to have the accountability for my meals and appointments for my workouts.

Coming in I had very little work out experience and almost no confidence to figure out how to start seriously training on my own. After 3 months with Fit Culture I had gained substantial size and strength, and had improved my nutrition significantly. Marcus is an excellent trainer who is easy to talk to and has a natural ability to convey the hows and whys of good training and diet. If you're like me who is starting at or near zero and is looking for a reliable way forward, I would highly recommend checking them out.

Markus has been an excellent trainer for me with a personalized program that met my needs - he's very encouraging and motivating in his approach, yet he'll push me exactly when I need it. Very focused, 1-on-1 training. The gym is also excellent in its equipment and cleanliness. 10/10 recommend ????????

Fit Culture is a great choice if you are looking for personal training. The gym is well-equipped, clean and welcoming. Markus is professional and open minded. He is observant to clients' needs, physical condition, and adjusts workout routines accordingly.

I found Fit Culture Inc. by googling a personal trainer and reading reviews so I think I have to give my own review now.
I have been training with Markus since February 2020. I feel stronger and more fit and I lost 45 pounds. And even though I’ll take some credit for that (working hard and not skipping classes), Markus is a big part of my success. He is a great trainer, very knowledgeable in fitness and nutrition, working for your goals and around your limitations. It’s obvious he loves what he’s doing and I think it’s very important. He’s motivating and easy going at the same time. I’m so glad I gave this place a try.

I found Fit Culture on google, after looking up multiple personal trainers in the area. I was looking for someone to help me get pain-free, and get me back on track of a healthier lifestyle.

I was involved in car accident over a year earlier, and have since been off of work since. Over that time I've developed chronic pain in my neck and back and other things that have prevented me to be back to what was my "normal life". I have tried multiple times to go to the gym, and have multiple times further injure myself, from not knowing what I should be doing and can't be doing.

The moment I called Fit Culture, I was met with Markus. He was very professional, energetic, and very knowledgeable. I told him my situation, and we talked about what goals I would have and what he could offer. I have been training with him for about 3 weeks from this date. My experience has been amazing. The moment I walked in I noticed the gym was very clean and offered a large variety of equipment(looks modern and new, not worn out and broken).

I feel every workout and routine has been personalized for me and he clearly explains the science between each movement and exercise. He regularly checks up on me to see if I'm able to handle or do something as we don't want to injure something further. I feel that he cares and really wants us to get to our goals. I've met many other personal trainers that could easily just tell you to go bench press, some curls, and do some cardio and no matter what they will get paid.

Working with Markus definitely doesn't feel like you're just a number or a payday. He has made me more optimistic, and feel much better about my recovery. I'm looking forward to keep working with Markus and Fit Culture to hopefully meet my goals. Can't wait for the results.

I would recommend Fit Culture to anyone that wants to change the lifestyle for the better and just needs guidance as I did.
